I've been told all my life that I have no talent for writing, but since I retired after 36 1/2 years as a civil servant, I've been writing every day. Several writing classes have convinced me that I have the ability to write something worth reading. For the last five years, I've entered the National Novel Writing Month (November) challange. Nothing published yet--but I'm hopeful. My son recently married a sweet and loving young lady. Perhaps I'll write stories my grandchildren will enjoy. My life is still evolving--stay tuned. I'm like a fine wine, I get better with age.
