The Author was born unto the union of Oldman Toko Amah and Madam Kpana Ngafua in Kolahun, Liberia, West Africa. As a child, he attended the elementary and junior high schools at the Kolahun Public School, graduating therefrom with honor. He then matriculated to Monrovia, Liberia's political capital, where he attended the College of West Africa, a Methodist preparatory high school and one of three most prestigeous high schools in that country. The author is a dual bachelors holder. In mid 1976, he entered the University of Liberia graduating in December of 1981 with a BA in Geography and Econ. and BBA in Accounting in 1997.
