Take time to smell the roses and remember that life is the journey and not the destination. The golden nuggets of life are all too often missed and overlooked. I have left too many treasures hidden along the way. I want to slow down, read more, write more and enjoy life more. I am a middle class patriotic American, that loves God, my family and my country. I want to share some of those nuggets that I have found and I hope to find a few more while I'm here.
