I am a poet and writer from Houston, Tx. I have a BA in English Literature and an MA in Education. I write poetry, flash fiction, and memoir. I read my poetry several times a month around the Houston area. I have been published in several Texas anthologies of poetry and strive to write at least 15 minutes each day. I am a teacher and I love teaching poetry and writing to students of all ages. I mainly work with elementary school children, but am hoping to branch out to young adults. I have published one book of poetry and have a second one in the works. In the meantime I keep writing and sending out my work. All feedback welcome is welcome.
