I've always been a fan of writing and putting my emotions into words instead of just thoughts bombarding my brain. For several years I have battled depression and self harm. I have recently started to collect my experiences in a journal. To help organize and inspire my recovery I'm participating in a writing challenge that helps me deal with my issues by asking a question a day about my battle. Some questions are simple and easy to answer while others explore dark places that sadly I must visit to become the strong, healthy person I will become at the end of this journey.
