My name is Ashley Hurst. I have always known that I would be a writer. I love reading and writing and anything to do with words. I have had many poems published, but never anything larger. I love to write fiction in any form. I won the editors choice award from the international library of poetry three times in 2006. I won the Polk museum of art National children s book week creativity contest in 1998. I won the writing round up award at my elementary school in 1996. I won the Young authors conference award in 1995.
