I am a novelist by nature however I have dabbled with both short story, poetry and song lyrics. I am currently working on a novel (been a few years in the making) titled Murphy's Bluff. My main aim of this piece is to highlight how messy life can be. It is the story of a woman embarking on a sea change after the breakdown of her marriage. She escapes to a seaside town. The tales of some of the locals are interspersed to show not just how lives become intertwined but also how everyone has their own struggles. My goal is to complete First complete draft this year.
