A native of Fairburn, Georgia and a former journalist, Carol Rzadkiewicz resides in Lafayette, Louisiana in the "Heart of Cajun Country," where she is a college instructor and freelance writer. Writing fiction, however, has always been her passion; and her short stories have appeared in numerous publications, including "South Lit," "Santa Fe Writer's Project Literary Journal," and "The New Review," among others. She is also the author of three novels, three novellas, and a collection of short stories.
