My name is Charles Russell but I write under the pen name RogerDale as a tribute to my late brother. I was raised in the mountains of Kentucky as the oldest of 5 children to very poor parents. I have been wanting to write for several years now but have been intimidated by "proper stucture" of a paper or book. Now at the age of 41 I have decided that authoring my "stories from the hills" would allow them to be appreciated by many readers along with satisfying my overwhelming need to write.
