I love stories. I always have ever since I was little and my dad would read me fairy tales before bedtime. The most important thing a story does is to take you somewhere new. Somewhere beyond your experiences in a deep and meaningful way whether its a place, a situation, or into the hearts and minds of unforgettable characters. I first started to write with the misguided idea of coming up with a new story to experience but I found that the only things I could say were those I already knew. Now I write to keep alive the stories I have learned and lived and loved so much. I hope you love them as much as I have.
