I'm a product of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and proud of it! I hold a Master of Arts as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Professional & Technical Writing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While I research PhD programs, I'm pursuing a Master of Arts in Higher Education. I teach writing at my alma mater as well as Ouachita Technical College, and I love it! I'm engaged to John Gernenz, a firefighter for the Searcy Fire Dept., and I've never been happier.
