The living shall suffer the dead - Ad finem vitae. |
This novel is dedicated to my fiancé, Andrea Fleming. You've tolerated my late night writing sessions for five wonderful years, and put up with my flights of fancy for just as long. You are truly my rock to stand on, and the light in my life, and I thank you for five wonderful years of life together. And Azaal said unto him, "To you Heylel, son of the dawn, I grant unto thee the gift of pride. Bring it unto man that their self love shall pervert to contempt of their peers." Please note before reading this is currently a work in progress, with continuing entries that are all a first draft. This is my NaNoWriMo 2015 entry and as such is entirely and outrageously typed in Microsoft word with speed and some regard for grammatical fallacy. I've yet to make any corrections to this work, so I apologize for any run-on sentences, comma splices, misused ellipses, or passive voicing. I'll be editing this in December, and will hopefully come out with something that resembles a good story! If this hasn't scared you, then by all means, read on! I hope you enjoy the first draft of this novel as much as I enjoy writing it! |
