Exploring how perception shapes morality’s blurred boundaries.
Good lies on evil’s name, and becomes evil oneself, for evil may not truly be evil, and good may never be purely good. For these eyes have blurred lines, and the responses that these blurred lines have may differ for the same cause. And no matter, this is no excuse, for it is unfair. But to say it is unfair is to say fairness is a fine line, which is to say good and evil have a fine line, when truly the scale is always unbalanced. For these eyes are not the only eyes that judge good and evil on these blurred lines, for there are other eyes that weigh that blurred line differently, and will never understand other eyes because their blurred line is still. And once everyone’s blurred line is still, good and evil become more than the concept that it is—it becomes reality.
