She rests her head on a cumulus cloud,
the weight of weariness is obvious.
Her angels, the birds, sing sweet lullabies,
while a kaleidoscope of dreams awaits.
Her creations lie still while she’s sleeping,
grateful to be gifted some time for rest.
For though the master plan is kept hidden,
they know the next iteration draws near.
So when the angels sound their wake-up call
the kingdom rises … ready for the storm.
