This is the first ever official poem that I've ever made. Hope you enjoy!

I hate how your smile makes my heart race every time. The way you move, the way you talk, it pulls me in, but you don’t see it.

I want to reach out and touch you, to feel your warmth against me. But you stand there, so unaware of the feelings spilling out of me.

I hate how I dream of you every night, your face, your voice always there. No matter what I do, I can’t stop thinking about you.

Your strong body makes me feel weak, makes me feel alone when you’re not near. Even your scent lingers, and I find myself turning, hoping you’re behind me.

Everyone watches you, like you’re the most amazing thing they’ve ever seen. Yet somehow, you look at me like you understand what I feel.

I spend my nights imagining you, wishing it was your hands holding me, wishing it was you beside me, instead of this empty space.

But no matter what, I just want you to know I’ll always be here, waiting, hoping, wanting, Yearning.
