Down by the Sea
Where sand meets sea spirits soaring
Waves coming in all exploring,
Bluish green water moving fast
Rapidly running ‘til it’s passed,
Watching and hearing the familiar swish is the key
Rushing in before its retreat where sand meets sea.
Down by the seashore once again
With the devil strike a bargain,
Giving my soul up for a chance
To see if only a brief glance,
Nature demonstrates sounds and sights I am here for
Senses awake when I’m down by the seashore.
