I have a couple of projects going. One is mentoring Newbees. The one I am working with got their first review. They told me. "It was very negative to say the least." Discouragement is not the goal of reviewing. One of the people I invited to WDC had the same thing happen and left the site. That person told me they didn't see the point if you were just going to get bad reviews. I need to get more information before moving further with that. I suspect it may not be what the review said, but how it was said.

I am going to be the review queen of the October Monster Mash.
