Drop by drop the snow pack dies, watering the arid lands below. |
16 Masa'il 164 B.E. - Thursday, December 27, 2007 about 11:03 AM PST I always wondered where the saying A snowball's chance in hell came from simple because hell has several levels. One of those levels is cold enough to freeze water so I'm presuming that in that level a snowball would have a very good chance of survival. Maybe that's why thing happen that people say Don't have a snowball's chance in hell, because they forget that one level of hell is extremely cold. Which brings me to 2008 an election year. There are a great many people running for President of the U.S.A. who don't have a snowball's chance in hell of being elected. Just remember all you voters out there that it could be a very cold year in hell, so rather than not voting in the primary and the general election get out and vote. Even if you think the person you're voting for doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of being elected. Those U.S. citizens who are not registered to vote get out and register. Register as something either with the party your chosen politican is affiliated with or register as nonpartisan. Register and vote, if you want to change your party affiliation after the election then change it. Just get out register and vote so your voice can be heard. |
