These Are My JOTtings...

Tech Week is Here! It Starts Today!

If any of my Writing.Com friends
are in the Savannah, Georgia area
this Thursday, Friday & Saturday evening,
(which is April 6th - 8th, 2017,)
then please visit
Jade Amber Jewel
and
me, Jay O'Toole ,
as we perform in
Our Town,
the play by Thornton Wilder
at the Emma Kelly Theater
in beautiful downtown Statesboro, Georgia
at 7:30 PM each evening.

That means that
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week
we will be working out the final rough edges
and
coordinating the technical elements
of lighting and sound effects
to create as professional a show
as a bunch of community actors can provide
to Our Town.

If anyone needs anything from me with regard to Writing.Com,
then I will be checking in about once a day.
I will respond as quickly as I am able.

This is the earliest movie adaptation of the play.
It is the version I have used
as my reference
for rehearsing my part.
I think this version
gives a good rendering
and
feel for the play itself.
