Ray and Ken are hit-men. Ray is young, reckless, and doesn't enjoy the good things in life. Ken is older, civilized, and if anything, rather matronly.

When Ray botches a job by accidentally killing a innocent bystander, both men are ordered to Bruges, Belgium and are told to await further instructions.

What follows are some extravagant characters (cocaine-sniffing midgets, sexy thieves and pregnant women), insane situations (partying with hookers and midgets, falling from clock-towers and insulting Americans), a plethora of curses and a fast-paced, humor-laced final chase that will have you weary of what is coming around the next corner.

people who love comedies. Probably darker comedies. Fans of action will love this one.

how certain moments were really very touching. Although understated, this film deals greatly with integrity and equality no matter what.

visit Bruges. Or maybe not.

are superb. Absolutely fantastic. Ralph Fiennes is particularly excellent. His ability to make every line subtle is amazing. Colin Farrell is the guy your heartbreaks for, charming through his tragedy.

it is so unexpected. You genuinely do not feel as if this will be touching or thoughtful at all until the final scenes. And the meshing of action and comedy is executed to perfection.
