Burdensome Baggage and the Woeful Why:
Before I begin, I will issue a
TRIGGER WARNING and touch briefly on my reference to building in Minecraft as an “escape”
I never was the cool kid, and struggled with making myself relevant, and to become part of a clique or group of close friends. It is only recently that I came to understand a big reason behind my difficulties (Asperger’s symptoms/Autism spectrum disorder/ASD)
That baggage I still carry with me, and it compounded with several other serious life events equating to my family life being taken away piece by piece. .
Needless to say, MCPE provided a distraction, with my prolific building and marketing skills earning me a valued place in the community I helped create.
