From what I can tell you were able to move past the pain and move on from the heartache of you experience. im sorry if you were abused and im glad you're out of the situation. I myself have not had the best experiences with love, especially recently. but I hope I, just as you have, can move on from my pain. your piece has inspired me and for that I thank you. good job!
this poem makes me feel. i can definitely relate to the subject of having a mom who doesn't do their job properly and in fact I don't live with her anymore due to this. im sorry for the problems you may have had with your mom. good luck on the piece regardless.
this poem reminds me of the friends i have that are in pain. i try my best to help and have in fact helped them, tremendously. but it's poems like this that remind me of the people i can't help. those that hurt but are out of my reach. im just some internet person but i can safely say if you need someone to just rant to im here. but regardless i liked the poem very much, well done!
I can say safely that i have experience with loving someone who either i simply cant have or it's unhealthy for me. if you've gone through this then i'm sorry, because it's never fun. even harder to move on. if this poem is about you then all i can say is good luck.
first off, I very much like this poem. it reminds me of some of the experiences that I and many others have been through, it's hard to put yourself out there and love someone but not get the same thing back. I feel for you, and if you ever can then wait, for the right person to come to you. they're hard to find I know. i'd like to see more pieces like this out of you and will personally be following your progress. im pretty new to the site as well but it's a nice community and the reviews I've gotten from my pieces have given me some faith in my work. i wish you luck with your love life and hope it works out.
The poem certainly represents its name. we as human beings have neglected the planet we live on. throughout the poem you highlighted the fact that the earth continues without us. and that we are merely but a speck on the surface of this great miracle of a world. i hope that we can fix our mistakes and help the planet that has cared for us.
At first glance most might see this work as dark, hopeless, but i see hopeful undertones. even though this person is broken down they still fight, reminded that they have a goal they must reach. it shows that even when it does not seem like it, there is still hope that can be had. overall it was a good read.
Making my best attempt to disregard my personal feelings on religion, i very much like the the flow of the poem, it drew me and kept me interesting with exiting descriptive words. i very much liked the expansive vocabulary used throughout and i could easily see the feeling and emotion in the poem that shows you truly care about the subject matter. overall i feel it was a great write.
