The effects of hatred
Like a slow poison
seeping through your veins

Darkness clouds your mind
Rage fills your thoughts
Tears cloud your vision

Anger,
Disillusion,
Sadness, and grief

Emotions run amok
playing with your soul
your mind,
your heart.

Bitterness,
of things past,
of things present
Hate, the silent killer tearing you apart.
