a poem about happiness, about money and love (uhm..yea)
This is truly happiness,
from this life I can smile whit the biggest smile I have.
Enjoying the shining life-style of the rich,
getting everything I've ever wanted.
Every sort of food on one table,
everything I ever desired.
Is this not what they call true happiness?
Getting everything you ever wanted?
Everything you ever lusted.

But when you look around, then your smile fade.
When you start to hate this luxurious lifestyle your living.

Looking back at those times where you used to live so simple.
Poor and filthy,
saving on everything.
Using old clothes, passed down from someone else
having nothing,
nothing but hope.
Stuck together in this tiny room,
giving each other hopes and love.
A place to belong.

Cold winter night's,
afraid of waking up another place,
of waking up realized the cold was to much for this tiny body.
Living in never ending fear.

But wasn't it better back then,
the poor and loved life-style we lived.
Then this cold and rich lifestyle,
so fake and love fade's.

I'd rather live poor and dirty,
then ever living a place whit-out love.
I don't want to sell my soul for money and wealth.

True happiness.
can only come from love and from a place where you belong to.
Nor money nor wealth can change that feeling, it will only bring misery.
