I used to be able to...
Draw and write...

Drawing is what I always did...
Drawing without anyone caring what it meant...
Drawing to express my feelings...
Drawing to tell a story

Writing was what I still do...
Writing to show what I am about...
Writing to show my fantasies...
Writing to tell a story

These days, lonely and depressed,
I have been alone, for too long
Not knowing what to do,
not able to do it anymore.

Taking up the pen
Leaving it again
Diseases that keep you from completing,
completing your dreams and your wishes

Diseases which can be conquered
If your life had a point,
Not just to be,
but being able to do something,
that helps, yourself or others
Something which I can not.

Not anymore, not longer
All I can do is sit here
and think about it,
about what I used to be able to...
and can't anymore.
