Moonsong
By Olivia

There is a song that is carried on the wind on cold winter nights.
When the moon is full. This song cannot be hummed or whistled.

It can only be heard when the wolves are out.
The song of a wolf crying in the night, begging the sun and the moon. For his love just to see his love.

The wind carries this sad song to her and she smiles and knows he is there. She follows the wind, follows to find him on this cold winter night, when the moon is full. She comes to him.

And when the moon begins to fade away, he promises to her, he swears to her. When the moon is full and the wind is out, he will sing to her, and she will know he is there.
