poem about teenage love
The breeze whirls around,

the trees branches sway and my hair blows around my face.

I stand still waiting,

"Wait what did you say?" I exclaim

The honeysuckle breeze takes those awful words to my ears

"I don't love you" he repeats

as if I needed to hear it again.

The honeysuckle breeze mocks me with its beautiful aroma

While he walks away.

“Is it even worth it”

I ask myself

“To fall in love?”

But, when you think about it, heartbreak,

Is worth it

Anything is worth it for

Love.
