Write Yourself a Poem

To write myself a poem of what I do not know
I will let the brain and feelings follow with a flow
I see the sun shine on my flowers, sweet and warming love
The power of a poem is truly from above.

To dream a life of love and care will bring the sun to its knees
I only see the birds fly high then nestle in the trees
I know you're writers just like me and hope to write a charm
But love and poems are true to me and never do no harm.

I hope to inspire a spark inside and make the world feel free
That if you read this little poem and send a review to me
As a poet my mind does grow and expresses deepend awe
Remember there is no hidden law for what you want to explore.

Feel the soul open up this day and send you far away
I know that love and life can be the warmest way to play
