The never-ending cycle of gardens
Old and New


Ending of flowers, plants in my garden
turning dark brown
rich nourishment for next year's splendid show
sinking in-ground
exciting new choices of colors and scents
packets of seed
new flowers, red, yellow, pink, white, and blue
perfume I need
for filling the air with fragrances so sweet
creating for me a lovely retreat
