Could Not Abide The Death Of His Wife


Sam felt that his life ended,
The day that his wife died.
Hoped he would soon join her
Knew he could not abide.

It is a stanza structured in four-line stanzas with six syllables per line and a rhyme scheme of xaxa, where x is unrhymed.
