Goals for 4/26- 5/2
Update:
This has been another busy week. I had a little burst of energy and made the most of it. Plus, tomorrow is the 1st, The first part of the month is always the busiest. I have been working on the Bible study. I am in the process of making more crafts. Creativity takes a little time. I got a good chunk of the house cleaning accomplished. I am averaging two days a week to get in a 30-minute walk. I need to develop a system for being more consistent with the exercise. I have got a call into the doctor's office to talk about working on my diet plan. My body is screaming It is tired today. I have done a lot in the last four days.

Yay! I got my blogs and everything on here caught completely up. This week will be a little busy, so it should be interesting to see how it turns out.

1. Work on the Bible study a little every day.

2. GET SOME CRAFTS MADE! (I am raising my voice at myself. I can not sell them if I don't make them.)

3. Continue to pace myself as I work towards getting caught up on the house cleaning.

4. I want to work up to walking 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week and doing stretches and range of motion exercises. I am working towards achieving this goal even if I don't do it this week.

These are the things I really need to focus on this week.

Jesus is my permanent anchor!
