How do you find peace?

Praying. Going to Church. Shopping. Looking at scrapbooks. Texting friends. Baking a cake. Reading. Watching favorite TV Shows. Eating my favorite foods. Think of good memories. Being at WDC. Going to Lake Michigan. These things help me find peace. Petting my cat or other cats and dogs. Knowing I got my vaccine helps. We do nee to find peace.
