Proverbs 26:18-19
18 As a mad man who casteth firebrands, arrows, and death,
19 So is the man that deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in sport?

What do these verses mean to you?

I think this has to do with pulling harmful pranks on others. These verse are saying that pulling pranks can be just as dangerous as a man whose temper is out of control to the point of violence. This is definately something to consider.
