April 5, 2022 War in Eastern Europe
War in Eastern Europe

Ukraine's borders crossed,
infrastructure tossed,
human lives are lost,
Russia invades.

Sanctions placed on oil,
neighbors act as foil,
Western world recoils,
commits to aid.

Sirens sound alarm,
laymen take up arms,
children sent from harm,
Ukraine unswayed!.
