Twinkling Lights

Pretty color lights abound,
decorate throughout the year.
Peaceful moments help to ground
hearts so full of strife or fear.

Take some space to pause, reflect.
Think about the way we live.
Mental health do not neglect.
Hope each day we need us give.

Christmas corner in the house.
Peaceful place near river's edge.
Sit and be with one's own spouse.
Ride the wind on the wings of Fledge.

Lewis gave us Narnia.
Tolkien painted Middle Earth.
Bind the thoughts, that daily gnaw.
Saved in Jesus' Gift, New Birth.
