Tom had his binoculars trained on its erratic movements as it darted up and down. “Did you get through?”, he yelled to his wife who was holding the phone to her ear, nervously tapping her foot. “I’m still on hold. These government agencies are a nightmare to deal with,” she answered. “It’s moving again,” Tom’s tone of voice became more insistent. “I’ve got them on the line now.
