March 26th Happiness
I did some knee raises and attempted a full plank after doing one from the knees...OOOuch! The full plank hurt, but I did it. Baby steps again...I've lost so much flexibility and mobility and it's going to take quite a while to get where I was before I got sick...but I've started, and that makes me happy.
