Second Week of the Year 181 (daily updates)
Monday the 25th: a yellow day. Not doing well. My nerves are on orange alert. Pan and I chatted about that. Exorcised, observed, yadayada... may start keeping track of this in my handwritten journal. No one here is interested. But I did manage to get an idea for a contest, posted in a newsletter, wrote a poem. Now to post in a forum...
Pan washed clothes. I had a good chat with Alf Eriksson from Sweden. He goes back to Prachuap Kiri Khan in the morning. Mattress is flipped so I hope I sleep better.

Tuesday the 26th, a pink day. Did exercise, took notes and a picture of an reddish orchid before it fades. Made a poll "How will I die?Open in new Window. [18+] that may upset some people; but, too many folks avoid reality. I just avoid doing anything about the reality surrounding me. It's why I'll die sooner than later. I didn't take a shower yet but I will. I waited until Pan left and then got busy. I'll also need to buy rice if I want to eat. Not keeping a checklist may not work... it does help to remind me when my brain is on hiatus (like right now).

Wednesday the 27th, a green day. I enter this a day late as my computer acted up last night. The problem then becomes... what do I remember. I spoke with Joe from the UK about my visa/passport issue, visited with a man from Italy at Surada. Pan is working in Khon Kaen. I bought 5 kilos of rice for 159 baht and divided it all into containers. My nerves prevent me from functioning at what is considered a 'normal' level by 'normal' people. I watched a bit of "Cherry Magic" (the Thai version) which is well written and well performed. The heat is stifling.

Thursday the 28th, an orange day. I didn't go to Immigration. I ran into Paulo and Sayan who are moving out of their condo into a house. I could rent their place... something to consider. I did take a walk and bought some food at Lotus. Stopped in at Surada. Pan says he comes back tomorrow. Another not-much-done day. I know my nerves are still jangled. My poll about dying has 15 votes. I promoted it again. The options include my personal experiences that I survived and at least two that my family members did not. This blog finally has over 10 thousand views.

Friday the 29th, a sky-blue day. At least I'm wearing the appropriate color. *Smile* Passport/Visa: I'm stamped. I've been extended 30 more days. D-Day is April 30th. There's "no" pages left according to the officer. So... Singapore doesn't stamp and Malaysia and Schengen are small stamps. I'll look into Hong Kong. I bought Pan a pink rose. I bought myself some time and hopefully some peace-of-mind. It rained just as I was walking home; 94°. Took photos. Cut exercise back to minimum in the morning. One must understand what's most important and make it a priority. Now thunder.

Saturday the 30th, a purple day, opened with grey skies and a light rain. Ate three times as Pan insisted. After breakfast I did my exercises, this time doing the max instead of the minimum. The rest of the day was threatening and oppressively humid. More water... 5 liters. I walked through the wat taking pictures and ended at Surada again. I managed to swim on my own alone which has been a worrisome barrier.

Sunday the 31st, a red day. Nothing pressing so I took my time. Also... hotter than hell. Reached at least 100 degrees and stayed hot after sunset. It was 86° at 10 pm. Got water, went to market and stopped by 7/11, bought bananas and mushrooms, etc. Watched a bit of the BL "Boo". Pan slept in but cut my hair in the afternoon. He has much to learn. He works tomorrow. Said hello to his mother by phone. Pan washed the bed linens. Wrote "The Way to HeavenOpen in new Window. Posted "You have to ask...Open in new Window.
