Dear God:

I seem to some arthritis pain today that I need help with. I ask for your help in this.

I have a lot of things on my mind and I need to put my trust and faith in you that you got this.

I send out prayers for my family, friends, the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East. Don't forget the animals as well as all the world's problems.

Thanks for listening, Lord. I Jesus's precious name I pray. Amen
