The lowly dandelion
While it is a weed
Is actually very good
For you.

Some used dandelion
In salads
Some make
It into tea.

Some eat it boiled
up as a greens
particularly
in the South.

Some make
Dandelion
Into wine.

And Koreans
make dandelion
Kimchi.

Dandelions
Are so good for you
So many delicious uses
for a noxious weed,
