Soon You'll Be Demons
Prompt: write a Pantoum featuring the Halloween movie Night of the Demons

         Disturbed demon hijacks Angela's soul.
"Where you going? The party's just begun."
Raised in a seance cursed by party teens' droll
the gruesome guest gnashes fangs, "Having fun?"

"Where you going? The party's just begun.
Nightmare? Gore? You invited me to play."
The gruesome guest gnashes fangs, "Having fun?
Sweet trembling terror, I've come here to slay."

"Nightmares, gore? You invited me to play."
Tag, hide and seek, the teens fall one by one.
"Sweet trembling terror, I've come here to slay.
Soon you'll be demons. Tell me are you stunned?"

Tag, hide and seek, the teens fall one by one.
         The conjured proves rapacious, relentless.
"Soon you'll be demons. Tell me, are you stunned?"
         Too late regret suffocates complacence.

         The conjured proves rapacious, relentless
on frantic fear he savages, gorges.
         Too late regret suffocates complacence.
         A hideous, howling army forges.
