8/3/02-Changes for newsletter announced

Among these changes was the Level 9 Group Edit Access, which includes each subscriber being able to provide group-only items that (s)he believes will build up the group in the spirit of Christ. Also, it means that each subscriber now has the ability to mail the group anything that's on his/her mind. Another change was having guest editors/special contributors to the newsletter from anyone in the group. A third change entailed a sign-up forum for the newsletter open to the public.
