Travel
This has been another productive week, and may approach or even exceed 1000 miles within the Commonwealth of Virginia.

This travel sure does impact my writing, however, since by the time I get home, or settled into a hotel room, I really don't even feel like logging on to the Internet, much less writing.

Last night, however, I wrote for a few hours to add material to a presentation I was scheduled to make this morning. I found out late that another segment of professionals was going to attend that I origniall did not think would be present, so I added material to my presentation that would focus on their interests and needs, as well as those of the originally scheduled audience, which was also present at my presentation.

It is certainly handy tohave a laptop to travel with to make such changes and additions to material as I travel, and thank goodness, also, for Wal*Mart where I was able to buy the added material I needed for hand-outs -- another ream of paper, more ink for my printer (That oh-so-slow Canon BJ-70, which is a good, dependable printer, but oh, so slow!), extra folders, and a small stapler, since I do not normally carry one on my travels. Now I will.

Anyway, it was a successful meeting and my presentation went well.
