Morning Dreams
Is it Saturday already? I think I slept until nine today. It feels like the days have gotten longer, but then, it is January. I am not certain if these few extra hours, stolen before noon, are a triumph or a defeat. But then, I'm not sure what my goal is. Am I trying to wake up at the same time he is? Or am I seeking avenues of escape in the streets of morning dreams?
