Interesting Encounter

I was at the store a little bit ago, getting a pack of smokes. As I stood outside, by the garbage can, lighting a cigarette for the walk home, a woman came running past me, from the parking lot. She dropped her video in the slot for Blockbuster, and then ran like hell back to her vehicle. Under her breath she was muttering, "Run, run, hurry." Now, as a writer, I found this immediately fascinating. What is she running to...or from? Is she late for work? Does she have an abusive husband at home who said, "Be home in 20 minutes...or else!"? Is it something darker and more mysterious? Is she hearing voices in her head that tell her she must hurry or "they" will get her? Is she being chased by demons only she can see? I know I'll get a story out of this somehow!!! lol
