| Ok, this is just to outline what the plan is, starting Monday. Note: Only beverages allowed are unsweetened iced tea, black coffee, and water. These can be consumed without limit. 6:00 AM: Walk to Curves and workout. The circuit takes half an hour. 7:00 AM: Walk to Physical Therapy if scheduled for 8 AM that day. Otherwise, come home and go on the computer. 8:00 AM: Physical Therapy or housework. 9:00 AM: Computer or video games 10:00 AM: Get ready for work. 10:15 AM: Leave for work. (8 block walk = 2/3 mile) 10:30 AM: Can have a Bacon Ranch salad with Grilled Chicken and Caesar dressing at work. 11:00 AM: Work 2:00 PM: Walk home from work (8 blocks = 2/3 mile) 2:30-10:00 PM: Some housework, make dinner for Scott. Can eat meat, fish, eggs and a little bit of cheese. 10:00 PM or so: Go to bed. This type of diet and exercise plan worked great for me before, so as long as I stick to it, I should be fine. That's the hard part...not succombing to temptation!! |
