A Presidential Crime Against Humanity!
This is here because I believe Bush and those in the Bush Administration responsible for Guantánamo Bay need to be held publicly accountable. It seems much of what Bush has done, especially as President of the United States of America, cannot withstand examination in the light of day.

If the men held at Bush's prison camp, Guantánamo Bay, are truely guilty of any crime then they are entitled to face charges in criminal court.

How long should any individual be held without the right to talk to a lawyer?

How long should any individual be held without any criminal charges being brought against them?

It just seems to me George W. Bush is using Guantánamo Bay as his own private jail, and the American Military as his own private jailers.

There's something seriously wrong...
