| Well...yesterday I did so-so.... Breakfast: 2 eggs, about an ounce of shredded cheese(melted), 2 slices of white bread, and about a tablespoon of ketchup 1 glass of iced tea, unsweetened Lunch: about 60 ounces of Minute Maid Light Lemonade Snack/Dinner/etc.: 2.5 cans of Mountain Dew Ok, so it's not the healthiest start, but it's an improvement, so I'm counting it. lol.
