I just got back from working out at Curves. I walked there which is 1/2 a mile. Worked out for half an hour (the full circuit), and then walked home...stopped at store and bought a 14 lb. jug of cat litter, so carried that for 5 blocks...which would be 5/12 of a mile. Another weird thing...weighed myself today...140.25 pounds! Which means in the last 2 weeks I've lost 9.75 pounds. How the hell did I do that? I haven't really been trying. See what I get for not keeping the journal sooner? I could look back and figure it out, if I'd been doing this all along. lol. Oh well...I'm happy. I have to work from 11-1 today, which will be 2 hours on my feet, so that probably counts for something too...I normally work 3 hours. I sweat like crazy at work, too, since I do fries...very hot! Maybe that's part of it. Anyway, I'm going to have a couple eggs for breakfast. Breakfast: 2 eggs,about 1 oz. cheese, one slice white bread, about 1 TB ketchup and a little hot sauce which has no calories or carbs. I've also drank a bottle of Dasani water so far. I'll probably have a glass of unsweetened iced tea next. That doesn't count, but I still will try to keep track of fluid intake as well as food intake.
