Breakfast carbs
Ok:
Before breakfast: about 1/3 can of Mountain Dew: about 10 grams
Breakfast this morning was:
2 large eggs: .8 grams
1 oz. shredded cheddar: .36 grams
1 slice white bread: 15 grams
1 TB ketchup: 4 grams
a few drops Louisiana hot sauce: 0 grams
Light sprinkle of black pepper: .12 grams
Remainder of bottle of Dasani water: 0 grams
Total carb grams for today, so far: 30.28
So, I can have no more grams of carbs today. I feel pretty full. I'm going to drink a big glass of unsweetened iced tea now, that will finish making me feel full. Tea has about .4 grams carbs, but from what I've read, they don't count against you. So, I'm not going to worry about it. There are virtually no calories in tea, either.
